Merchant Real Estate, Inc. was founded by Wayne Chan, a passionate real estate broker with over three decades of experience on sales, leasing and property management of residential and commercial properties. Wayne, along with the rest of the team, are all long-time residents of San Francisco. More importantly, we know what works in terms of San Francisco real estate… and what doesn’t.
